PHA CEO Kelvin A. Jeremiah Statement on Confirmation of New HUD Secretary Scott Turner
(Philadelphia, PA – February 6, 2025) – Philadelphia Housing Authority CEO Kelvin A. Jeremiah today issued the following statement on the confirmation by the U.S. Senate of Scott Turner as Secretary of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
“I am pleased to offer my sincere congratulations to Secretary Scott Turner on his confirmation as the Secretary of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. My team and I eagerly anticipate collaborating with Secretary Turner to further enhance PHA’s successful strategies to increase affordable housing in Philadelphia. Working together, I am certain we can revitalize communities while empowering families to attain homeownership and economic mobility.
