PHA’s policies for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, including the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Unit Based Developments are described in the HCV Administrative Plan (Admin Plan).  The current version was approved by the PHA Board in December 2024 and is effective for January 1, 2025.
