The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) has commercial space for rent to commercial tenants for retail and professional uses.
PHA’s portfolio of commercial property currently includes the spaces listed below.
PHA seeks to lease its commercial space to businesses and organizations that provide a wide range of goods and services to residents and the broader community. PHA does not approve new applications for restaurants, liquor stores, establishments that serve or sell alcoholic beverages, adult-oriented entertainment businesses, loan providers known as pay-day lenders or pawn shops.
PHA offers market competitive rents, negotiable terms, and attractive incentives for substantial renovations. Spaces vary in size and opportunities may exist for combining or subdividing spaces to meet a specific need.
