PHA offers educational and developmental programs for young residents to help them succeed in life.

This fall, PHA is launching the Youth Achievement Program, a new after-school program for residents between the ages of 14 and 18.

The Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia also operates at two PHA facilities.
