Resident Services

The Community Operations and Resident Development Department is holding Community Partner Resident Fairs on October 16 and October 30. Learn more here.

Economic development at PHA is about more than just putting up new buildings. It's also about investing in the people we serve. PHA's Resident Services team offers our residents a wide variety of training, services and programs to help them gain valuable skills and achieve self-sufficiency.

PHA operates the Community Partners Program and the Pre-Apprenticeship Program for Construction Trades.

We provide computer classes through the Neighborhood Networks Program and the Financial Literacy Improvement Program for residents who want to learn more about budgeting and saving.

PHA also offers developmental and educational programs for youth and services and activities for seniors who want to remain healthy and active.

We hold community events throughout the year for residents. Check out our resident services calendar below.
