(Philadelphia, PA - September 22, 2015)  - The Philadelphia Housing Authority will operate on an "essential services only" status beginning Thursday, September 24 through Monday, September 28.

The Housing Authority is expecting its operations to be impacted by road closures and other precautions taken by the City due to the Papal visit.
