The Philadelphia Housing Authority, a leader in residential real estate development and property management, is seeking a Business System Analyst for our Information Services Management Department (ISM). This is a professional-level training position providing support throughout the Philadelphia Housing Authority by performing a variety of operational assignments as direct by the ISM Department. The incumbent will serve to provide communication between the Executive Office and designated departments on a variety of Business System Analyst and administrative issues. The position also services to promote positive relations between public housing residents, PHA management, Senior Staff and the community. This level of Business System Analyst may supervise and or lead a team of Business Analyst level specialists and clerical staff as assigned.
Requirements include BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Computer Business Systems Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Managerial Engineering; 2 – 4 years experience in Visio and the development and implementation of designing and mapping business processes, quality programs and/or, presentation of data analysis through use of Pareto charts, Cause/effect diagrams, and corrective action plans. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in database management, Lotus Notes, ERP an Access systems experience. Systems knowledge is crucial for this position. Masters’ degree and/or Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.
