Accessible Housing

Persons with Disabilities

PHA’s housing inventory includes accessible units and units with various features to meet the needs of persons with mobility, hearing, and vision impairments.

There is a preference on our waitlist for families with a household member who is disabled. Accessible dwelling units are reserved for eligible families whose members have mobility impairments and need the features of those units as confirmed by 3rd party verification. PHA will go down its waitlist to find such applicants.
