Statement of Work Summary:

The Philadelphia Housing Authority is seeking a development partner(s) to build homeownership housing on vacant parcels in Choice Neighborhood development sites. The PHA is seeking qualified professional development firms to submit their qualifications. The developer(s) selected under this RFQ will lead all parts the workforce homeownership initiative, including design, financing, construction and marketing/selling of the units.
