Our Conventional Sites Management Team oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance and administration of PHA-owned developments. We serve over 8,000 households including families and seniors.

Site managers are responsible for ensuring that their development is in compliance with PHA and HUD policies, practices, rules and regulations. They also manage the site waitlist, rent collection, and lease enforcement activities. Managers also develop working relationships with residents and members of the local community to improve quality of life for all who live in the neighborhood.

Our conventional site maintenance crews provide services ranging from landscaping to major plumbing, all supervised by experienced, knowledgeable individuals.
