PHA's Client Services Department assists over 48,000 people involved in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program.

We have five community offices with a goal of "one stop shopping" for tenants and landlords involved in the program.

This enables tenants and landlords to easily conduct their business close to home.

Our main goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, landlords and other partners in the community. We thrive on improving the quality of life for all our participants by providing decent, clean, safe and affordable housing.

We are paving the way to increase self-sufficiency and creating the opportunity for participants to become homeowners.
